DIY Tuna Rice Ball Recipe

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of making DIY tuna rice balls.

1. Wash the rice, put it into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and cook it into rice, stir it with chopsticks, and let it cool for later use.

2.1 Open the can of tuna, take out the fish meat without the fish juice, put it in a large bowl, and mash the fish meat with a spoon.

3.2 Chop the onion and dice the Japanese cucumber and put them into a large bowl.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of salad dressing and mix well to make tuna filling and set aside.

5.Pinch a proper amount of rice into the palm of your hand, flatten it lightly, and scoop a proper amount of tuna filling into the rice.

6. Close the rice with your hands, press the opening tightly, and gently press it into a ball. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds.
