How to make pork and egg dumplings

1.Ingredients: pork, eggs, green onions and ginger.

2.1 Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar and mix well.

4.1 Crack the eggs into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water starch.

5.2 Add water starch in batches and stir until the meat filling is firm.

6.1 Turn on the gas stove to the lowest setting in the middle, heat a spoon on the fire, and rub a piece of fat around the spoon. (Originally I was applying oil, but I think it’s more even to apply it with fat. Not only is it applied evenly, but the amount of oil is less)

7.2 Stir well.

8. Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of egg liquid, pour it into the spoon, turn the spoon so that the egg liquid covers the spoon and forms a round pancake shape.

9. When the surface of the egg skin begins to solidify, add an appropriate amount of pork filling to one side of the egg skin. At this time, you will see that the egg skin on the edge of the spoon is slightly curled up. Use a small spoon to cover the egg skin. (I put a spoon in the picture)

10. Cover with egg skin and press slightly to make it stick tightly. If you are not familiar with it at the beginning and over-fry the egg skin, just spread a layer of water starch on the edge of the egg skin and then cover it over, so that it will stick firmly.

11. Make all the egg dumplings one by one.

12. Serve on a plate and eat the hot pot while it cooks. (Of course, you can also steam or boil it.)
