1. Wash all kinds of fresh mushrooms, and cut them into slices and pieces if they are too big. Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water, wash and set aside; then put the processed mushrooms and peanuts into a casserole, add enough water, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer for 2 hours.

2.1 Add rock sugar, salt, seafood soy sauce, and a little oyster sauce before serving. The taste can be a little heavier because it will be eaten later.

3.2 Add bean sprouts and continue cooking for a while~~ (If you don’t like bean sprouts, you can skip this step)

4. Boil water in a pot, add fresh noodles and cook until done. Remove the noodles and put them into a bowl without the noodle soup. (My mom made the noodles for me)

5. Pour enough mushroom soup on the noodles, pick out a few fresh mushrooms and place them on the noodles. Use the soup to blanch the spinach and garnish it next to the noodles! ~
