Methods/Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients, an appropriate amount of noodles, a washed carrot and an egg.

2. Use 70g of water to cook the noodles. You can add a small amount of oil and salt to the water first. After the water boils, you can put the noodles in. Occasionally scoop out the noodles to prevent them from sticking to the pan.

3. Cut the carrots into shreds, beat the eggs, add a little water and mix well.

4. Wait until the eggs are beaten and the carrots are cut, and then check that the noodles are almost done, then you can remove them from the pot. If there is too much water in the noodles, drain it and pour it into a bowl.

5. Put the beaten eggs into the pan and fry them. Put a little oil in the pan but not too much to avoid being too greasy. Do not add salt for now. After frying, you can take it out of the pan. Generally, it only takes one minute to fry an egg and you can put it in a bowl.

6. Next, add appropriate amount of oil and stir-fry the shredded carrots. The frying time should be slightly longer than that of the eggs.

7. When the carrots are almost cooked, you can pour the fried eggs into the pan, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry together with the carrots.

8. Stir-fry briefly and then add it into the previously cooked and drained noodles.

Precautions

Because salt is also added when cooking noodles, you don’t need to add too much salt when stir-frying carrots and eggs, otherwise it will be too salty and taste bad.
