Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of cooking shrimp and chive dumplings.

1. Add flour and water to make dough.

2. Wash the chives and drain.

3. Peel the fresh shrimps.

4. Peeled shrimps.

5. Chop the chives into small pieces.

6. Dice the shrimp.

7. Add peanut oil and stir, then add salt and chicken essence, mix well and set aside.

8. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.

9. Flatten and roll into round dumpling skin.
