How to make egg and chive dumplings

1.1 Add yeast water to flour

8. When the dough expands to about twice its size, take it out to deflate and knead it evenly, then divide it into dough pieces of even size.

9. Flatten the dough and roll it into a thin crust

10. Put the egg and chive filling in the middle of the thin skin and wrap it into buns

11. Let the wrapped buns rest for 15 minutes

12. Steam in a pot for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat.
