7. Use a knife to make a cross cut on the surface of the buns

8. Brush a layer of oil on the whole plate, put the buns on the steaming plate and let them ferment for another 10 minutes.

9. After the water in the pot boils, steam it on high heat for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and open the lid after 3 minutes.
