How to make lotus-flavored chicken rice

10. After wrapping the lotus leaves, steam them in a steamer. I did this at work and only had a small rice cooker. It’s best to steam it in a steamer. Steaming it will make it too soft. It tastes better if it’s a little harder. It took about an hour!
