1. Soak two pieces of vermicelli in a basin of warm water until they become soft, then rinse them several times with clean water.

2. After soaking, rinse and remove from the water for later use.

4. Prepare the side dishes (shredded cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, green pepper, scallion, ginger, and eggs)

6. Add dried vermicelli and stir fry continuously (because dried vermicelli easily sticks to the pan haha)

7. Because vermicelli is easy to cook, just fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chicken essence and serve. (Children’s version does not contain chili pepper)

8. You can also add chili sauce according to your personal taste.

9. I personally like hot and sour taste, so I added chili sauce + aged vinegar, which makes it taste sour and spicy.

10. Served with a bowl of seaweed egg drop soup
