1. Ingredients for fried rice: mushrooms, eggs, ham, carrots, onions and overnight rice.

2.1 Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot (I usually put oil in a large circle about the same size as a rice bowl), wait for the oil to heat up, and put the chopped green onions into the pot to produce the green onion aroma.

3.2 Cut the carrots, ham and mushrooms into dices, beat the eggs in a bowl, and chop the green onions. Once everything is done, you can turn on the fire.

4.1 After about a minute, put the eggs that are not yet cooked into a bowl.

5.2 At this time, pour the beaten eggs into the pot to allow them to blend in with the onion flavor.

6. Add a little more oil to the pot. If you put too much oil at the beginning, you don’t need it anymore. Pour the rice and ingredients into the pot and stir-fry. After about a minute, pour the eggs in and stir-fry together. Add appropriate amount of salt. You can also add soy sauce, hot sauce, etc. according to your personal taste.
