How to make sour plum soup pig's feet

A bowl of fragrant sour plum soup pork trotter is sure to make you salivate, and it is not difficult to make. The key to this dish is that the ingredients must be fresh and the cooking time must be well controlled. Add the local unique onion oil, and you will definitely want to eat it every day. 1. Prepare food.

2. Clean the pig's feet (if there are small hairs, use a clip to remove them), boil the pig's feet, and let the blood fall out, then wash them with clean water.

3. Put the cooked pig's feet and other ingredients into the rice cooker.

4. Add one and a half bowls of water

5. Just cover the pig's feet (as shown below)

6. Press the cooking button and cook until it pops up by itself. (If you use the old version, it will pop up by itself when there is no more juice.)

7. Cook and serve.
