How to cook Japanese tofu and enoki mushrooms with tomatoes

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. So below I will first introduce the recipe of Japanese tofu and enoki mushrooms cooked with tomatoes.

1. Prepare the materials;

3. Cut the Japanese tofu into slices about 0.5 cm thick and cut the ginger into shreds; heat oil in a pan, add the shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then turn to low heat, add the Japanese tofu, fry each side for 2-3 minutes, then serve;

4. Leave some oil in the pot, turn to high heat, add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry, add salt and mushroom essence to taste, and set aside;

6. Pour the fried tomato sauce into a small casserole, add Japanese tofu and enoki mushrooms, bring to a boil over high heat, cover with a lid, turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and it's done!
