Lemon Sea Bass (Thai Steamed)

Lemon Sea Bass (Thai Steamed)

Going to a restaurant to eat is certainly convenient, but let’s not talk about whether the restaurant’s hygiene is up to standard, even the safety of the ingredients is hard to say. Cooking by yourself allows you to choose the best ingredients and ensure hygiene. Lemon Sea Bass (Thai Steamed) is simple to prepare and very nutritious. It is a dish that many people love.

1. Ingredients: Wash the fish, cut half of the green onion into sections and half into chopped green onion, slice half of the ginger and half into shreds

2. Wash the fish, drain the water, and make four cuts on both sides to make it easier for the fish to absorb the flavor!

3. Put the prepared ginger slices into the cuts, one slice for each

4. Put one piece in each

5. Put the shredded ginger into the fish belly

6. Put the scallion segments at the bottom of the plate

7. Put the fish in. If your family prefers a strong flavor, you can sprinkle some salt on it and marinate it for a quarter of an hour.

8. Add appropriate amount of water to the steamer

9. Bring to a boil over high heat and add the sea bass (make sure to steam it in boiling water)

10. Cover and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes!

11. While steaming the fish, prepare the sauce! Pour all the seasonings written above, such as onion, garlic, etc., into a bowl and mix well!

12. Cut the lemon, squeeze three spoons of lemon juice and mix well.

13. Cut the green and red peppers into thin strips and sprinkle them on the back of the fish after it is cooked.

14. After the fish has been steamed for eight minutes, take it out and put it on a large plate. Throw away all the ginger and green onions used to steam the fish, and discard the steamed soup. Sprinkle in the lemon juice you just prepared, and simmer for another minute. When the lemon juice aroma comes out, it is ready to be served (there was too much steam when the lid was opened, so the photos were all foggy so I didn’t take any photos)

15. After the fish is out of the pot, heat another pot with two tablespoons of oil.

16. When the oil is heated to the point of smoking, pour it on the fish. When you hear the sizzling sound of the hot oil, do you drool? Then quickly serve the fish to the table! Steamed fish must be eaten while hot!

Lemon Sea Bass (Thai Steamed) is a simple dish that is suitable for people who are busy at work every day. It only takes a few minutes and does not require superb cooking skills to make delicious dishes and enjoy the touch of food.
