8. Pour the glutinous rice water with your right hand and stir it with a spoon with your left hand...

9. After stirring well, pour in the crushed ingredients. Continue stirring well. You can taste it yourself to see if you need to adjust the taste.

10. Wash the pickled cabbage and squeeze out the water.

11. Put on gloves and apply evenly. After applying, put it into a bowl or jar to ferment... Depending on the temperature, it will take about three days to a week~

12. The flavor varies with time. You can start eating it after about three days. It is good to cut some every day as a side dish. You can put it in a cool and ventilated place at home, or you can refrigerate it in the refrigerator for fermentation. I use the refrigerator because the room temperature is still more than ten degrees.
