5. To make a pudding, 200-250ml of liquid requires 15-20g of gelatin powder and 20g of white sugar.

6. Coconut milk, pure milk, milk pot and dried osmanthus are used to make milk pudding. Since I made them together, I will share the method of making milk pudding later.

7. Stir well. Allow the gelatin powder to fully absorb water.

8. Divide the gelatin powder into three equal parts. Use in divided doses. Because I was making three kinds of puddings at the same time, I did them all at the same time.

9. Dissolve gelatin powder in cold water.

10. Melt in hot water and stir.

11. Use low heat and stir constantly to remove particles to avoid lumps.

12. Continue heating and stirring until the gelatin powder turns into liquid, without any particles and becomes transparent.

13. Pour about 200 ml of boiling water into the roses and chrysanthemums respectively, and make tea for later use. Wash the red grapes, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces for later use.

14. After the scented tea is brewed, pour it out separately and remove the flowers and leaves. The production process of rose pudding and chrysanthemum pudding is the same, but the ingredients are different. Here I will only write about the rose process.

15. Pour in white sugar and stir until melted. Let cool.

16. The sweetness can be adjusted according to personal preference.

17. After the scented tea has cooled slightly, slowly pour the gelatin solution into the scented tea.

18. Stir evenly so that there is no tea residue and bubbles in the scented tea soup. Let cool slightly.

19. After the temperature drops slightly, pour a small layer of rose solution into the pudding mold.

20. Place a rose petal and a small piece of red grape in each module.

21. Place the mold in the refrigerator for about half an hour to allow the small layer at the bottom to solidify slightly.

22. After refrigeration, take it out of the refrigerator. Add the rose solution to fill the small grids.

23. Similarly, add chrysanthemum tea solution to chrysanthemum tea.

24. Refrigerate for two hours to set. Because I made three kinds of puddings together, I took pictures of them together.

25. After the pudding is shaped, prepare to remove it from the mold. Take a basin and fill it with hot or warm water. Put the mold in and heat it for a while, not too long, 5-10 seconds is enough. If it is left for too long, the pudding will be melted by the hot water.

26. Take the mold out of the water, take a toothpick, and use it to draw the shape of the pudding along the edge of the mold so that it will be easier to demold the pudding later.

27. Place the mold upside down in a container that is large enough to hold all the pudding, tap the bottom of the mold with your hand, and then slowly lift it up. The pudding will slowly slide down until it is removed from the mold.

28. Then put it in a small container, box or plate of your choice.

29. Rose pudding. The pulp and rose petals can be seen.

30. Use the same method to make chrysanthemum tea pudding. Just replace the rose petals with chrysanthemum petals.

31. Put it in a small box and share it with your friends.
