1. Prepare the ingredients. The ingredients are simple, but the utensils are important.

2. Heat a little bit of sugar and milk until the heat is enough to dissolve the sugar. Turn off the heat without boiling and add the remaining milk for later use (I forgot to take a photo while heating)

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl. I usually use two eggs. I use the slow-cooking eggs from my hometown, so I beat three eggs (you don’t need to beat them for too long to avoid too many bubbles).

4. Pour the milk into the egg liquid and mix well

5. This step is very important. Sieve the egg and milk liquid back and forth several times to remove impurities and bubbles.

6. Get a beautiful soft liquid. If there are still bubbles, poke it with a toothpick a few times.

7. Put it into the container (I sieved it again)

8. Put the lid on the steaming container. If there is no lid, seal it with plastic wrap.

9. Remember to put the pot on the stove after the water boils to avoid uneven heating. Steam on high heat for 5 minutes, then switch to medium-low heat and steam for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes before serving to avoid hot and cold stimulation.

10. While steaming, prepare the yellow peaches and cut them into dices for later use.

11. If you want a softer taste, you can add the diced yellow peaches two or three minutes before the pudding is served and heat them simultaneously.
