How to make blood pudding

Only when we eat healthily can our bodies be truly healthy. If we eat out for a long time because we are afraid of the trouble and don’t want to cook for ourselves, and end up damaging our health, it is not worth it. The method of making blood pudding is relatively simple and not troublesome, so don’t worry.

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure below.

2. Coconut milk, pure milk, gelatin powder, tomato, persimmon, orange, coconut flakes, and white sugar. The ratio of gelatin powder to water I choose is about 1:6. You can increase or decrease the ratio based on your personal taste and different brands of pudding powder.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to dissolve gelatin powder. Stir well to allow the gelatin powder to fully absorb the water.

4. Melt in boiling water, stirring constantly. To avoid clumping.

5. Continue heating and dissolving, stirring until all the gelatin powder becomes liquid, without any particles, and becomes a smooth liquid.

6. Add appropriate amount of white sugar to tomatoes and make tomato juice. Mix persimmons and oranges and add sugar to make juice.

7. Pour pure milk and coconut milk into the milk pot in a ratio of 3:1. Mix well and heat the coconut milk. After heating the coconut milk, pour in appropriate amount of white sugar and coconut flakes and stir well.

8. Take an appropriate amount of coconut milk, add a certain proportion of gelatin solution and stir evenly.

9. Stir constantly and heat slightly to fully mix the gelatin solution and coconut milk. Allow the coconut milk solution to cool slightly.

10. Similarly, take an appropriate amount of tomato juice and add a certain proportion of gelatin solution, and stir the tomato solution evenly.

11. Take an appropriate amount of persimmon and orange mixed juice, add a certain proportion of gelatin solution, and stir the juice solution evenly.

12. Fill all the small grids of the pudding mold with tomato solution, mixed juice solution and coconut milk solution respectively.

13. After filling everything, refrigerate for more than two hours to set.

14. After the pudding is completely set, prepare to remove it from the mold.

15. Take a basin and put hot or warm water in it. Put the mold in and heat it for a while, not too long, 5-10 seconds is enough. If it is left for too long, the pudding will be melted by the hot water.

16. Take the mold out of the water, take a toothpick, and use it to draw the shape of the pudding along the edge of the mold so that it will be easier to demold the pudding later.

17. Place the mold upside down on a plate, knock the bottom of the mold with your hand, and then slowly lift it up. The pudding will slowly slide down until it is removed from the mold.

18. After demoulding the pudding, you can see the flower pattern.

19. Place the pudding in the desired container.

20. Take some tomato solution and pour it on the pudding to create the appearance of blood. Because the tomato solution is lighter in color, the color will be darker if you pour it layer by layer.

21. Use a knife to modify the shape of the pudding.

22. Let it stand for a while and then pour another layer of tomato solution.

23. Here is a close-up of the blood pudding.

24. Pour another layer of tomato solution until the color is close to blood color.

25. Refrigerate to accelerate solidification.
