16. Squeeze on horizontal and vertical strips, then use a scraper to make a few diagonal cuts. Make gentle cuts and don't cut through. Why are there so many strips? It’s because there was too much cocoa paste. See what happens when it's baked. Preheat at 175 degrees, bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

17. When the time is up, take out the baking tray and turn it upside down immediately. When it cools down a bit, remove the wax paper.

18. Spread the whipped cream, which was whipped last night. Apply the butter as you like.

19. Roll it up. Use wax paper to push it forward and roll it up, then let it sit for a while. I didn't put it in the refrigerator. It's a bit too cold to put it in the refrigerator when it's cold. Roll it up and let it sit for 30 minutes.

20. Remove the oil paper, it looks okay. A little more pattern.

21. Cut it open and see if it’s a little sticky because it’s not refrigerated.
