How to make meat floss cake

There is a wide variety of delicious food in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is meat floss cake. If time permits, you can also make your own meat floss cake with fresh chicken, rice, and mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. It is more suitable for friends who need to lose weight.

2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two clean, water-free and oil-free bowls.

3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

4. Add 10g of white sugar to the egg yolk and stir until the sugar melts.

5. Add 35g corn oil and mix well.

6. Add 30g of clean water and stir evenly.

7. Sift in 50g of low flour and stir quickly with a whisk.

8. Stop stirring when the batter becomes smooth without any particles.

9. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, beat with an electric whisk until it becomes coarse bubbles, then add one-third of white sugar and continue beating.

10. Beat until the meringue becomes thick and lines appear, then add one third of sugar and continue beating.

11. When the lines become more obvious, add the remaining sugar and continue beating at a low speed until you can lift it to a slightly curved corner.

12. Add one third of the meringue to the egg yolk paste and stir quickly and evenly. Do not stir in circles to avoid defoaming the egg whites.

13. Then pour all into the meringue and stir quickly until evenly mixed.

15. Pour the mixed cake batter into the piping tape, cut a small slit, and squeeze out o-shaped cake batter on the baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

16. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

17. My oven is 30L, so I bake in two trays, with the other tray placed in the middle and lower layers. If the oven can control the temperature independently, bake it at 170 degrees for the upper tube and 150 degrees for the lower tube.

18. After baking, take out the hot and cold food, peel off the baking paper, and let it cool.

19. Prepare salad dressing and meat floss. After they have cooled, cut them in half and spread salad dressing on the bottom of both slices.

20. Evenly coat one slice with meat floss and then overlap it with the other slice.

21. Complete the rest in turn.
