How to make cheese croissants

1. Put all ingredients (except cheese) together

5. Cover with a wet cloth and let it rise at room temperature. It is best if the wet cloth does not drip water.

6. Ferment until it is 2.5 times larger, and the hole you poke with your finger does not shrink or bounce back.

7. Divide the air into 4 portions, roll them into a circle and let them rest for 15 minutes. I forgot to take a picture here, so I used three pieces of dough.

8. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into the shape shown below.

9. Roll it up and shape it into horns

10. Place in a warm and humid environment and ferment until it doubles in size

11. Brush with a little egg liquid and put in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
