How to make red bean rolls

Under the torture of scorching heat, you have no motivation to cook? Red bean bread roll is a dish that can be prepared in less than half an hour. It only needs to be boiled in water, so you don’t have to worry about sweating while cooking. To make this red bean bread roll, you only need to focus on selecting fresh ingredients and preparing seasonings to make it delicious.

1. Prepare the materials

2. Prepare the red bean paste first (the method is in my other recipe)

3. Sift the flour, add sugar and mix well

4. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour and mix well.

5. Add eggs and mix well

6. Slowly add water and stir into dough, add corn oil

7. Mix well to form dough

8. Cover and keep fresh for fermentation

9. Ferment until it is twice its original volume

10. Pull open the honeycomb inside to discharge the gas

11. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the dough, knead it with your hands, divide it into several small balls and let it rise for half an hour.

12. Apply some oil to the rolling pin, take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long strip of dough.

15. Roll out the dough again and add a layer of red beans.

18. Wait for the bread to ferment and increase in volume

19. After the bread becomes bigger, brush it with egg yolk liquid, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and 170 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes.

20. The baked dough is soft and sweet. It is delicious.

On weekdays, we should pay more attention to our three meals a day. The method of red bean rolls is particularly simple, but it is a favorite of many people.
