Cranberry roll recipe

1. Put all the ingredients for coconut filling, except cranberries, into the bread pan in the order of liquid first and solid later, and knead the dough for about an hour until it reaches the expansion stage.

2. Let it ferment directly in the bread bucket until it doubles in size.

3. Remove the air and divide the dough into twelve small pieces. Knead them into round shapes and let them rest for fifteen minutes. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long tongue shape. Spread the coconut filling on it and sprinkle with cranberries. Divide it into three parts without cutting off the top.

4. Pull it apart a little and prepare to braid it.

5. Braid it using the three-strand braid method.

6. Bring both ends down

7. Place it on a paper tray and put in a six-piece mold to make two plates. Put it in the oven for a second fermentation until it doubles in size, and put a basin of hot water inside.

8. Brush with egg liquid and bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.

9. The soft and delicious bread is out of the oven!
