How to make coconut bread in a bread machine

Some people may think that cooking at home is too complicated. In fact, it is not impossible to have a delicious and nutritious dinner at home as long as you master some simple recipes. It is easy to make coconut bread in a bread machine. Even if you don’t have a talent for cooking, you can still make delicious dishes for your family.

1. Put milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt into the bread bucket first.

2. Add flour and yeast and mix well with a silicone spatula

3. Start the dough kneading process, open the lid and stir for 10 minutes before adding butter

4. Knead the dough for another 15 minutes until it is fully kneaded.

5. Let the dough ferment for 1 hour until it is 2.5 times larger, then knead the dough for 30 seconds to exhaust the air.

6. During the fermentation period, you can make coconut filling: add melted butter, coconut, powdered sugar and egg liquid and mix well to make coconut filling.

7. Take out the dough, roll it into a long shape, and spread the coconut filling on it.

8. Roll it up and fold it in half

9. Put the bread into the bread bucket with the mouth facing down and press the fermentation function for the second fermentation.

10. Fermentation doubles in size, completing the second fermentation

11. Select the baking function for 30 minutes. I chose light color (choose light, medium or dark color as needed)

12. The baking process is completed, and the coconut bread is baked. After it comes out of the oven, cool it to hand temperature and seal it for storage.

13. Slice and enjoy
