How to make hydrangea bread

7. Preheat the oven to 50℃, place the bread dough on the baking tray one by one, put a cup of hot water on the bottom layer of the oven, put the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, and let it ferment for the second time until it is twice as large. After fermentation, brush the surface of the bread with egg yolk liquid. ~

8. Preheat the oven to 170℃ and bake on the middle layer for 20 minutes.
