1. Mix all the ingredients (except butter) and knead them into dough for about 20 minutes.

2. Add butter and knead into a fine dough. Then cover with plastic wrap for fermentation

3. Relax the dough for ten minutes and divide it into eight parts. Cut the ham sausage

4. Roll the dough into a tongue shape, then roll it up and knead it into a long strip. Each dough needs to be kneaded about three times, because the dough needs to be relaxed, otherwise it will not be long.

5. After rolling the dough into a long strip, fold it in half to form a U shape. Place the ham sausage a little below the folded part, and then pass the two ends through the U-shaped hole.

6. Use red beans to make eyes for the bunny, put it in the oven for the second fermentation, put a bowl of hot water in the oven and ferment for 30 minutes

7. After fermentation is completed, put it into the oven, middle layer, upper and lower heat 180℃, half an hour.
