2. Put it in a basin and ferment it until it is 2 to 2.5 times larger than the original size.

3. Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into several portions as you like, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Take out the divided dough, make your favorite fillings and shapes. After all the dough is done, put it in a baking tray for secondary fermentation. Brush it with egg liquid when it is twice as large, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 35 minutes. Determine the temperature and time according to your own oven.
