Spinach is a very nutritious vegetable and has a very crispy texture. Before eating, you can stir-fry it directly without boiling it in water, because after boiling, the spinach leaves will become soft and lose their crisp taste, and some nutrients will be lost along with the boiling water, so there is no need to blanch them in water. Before eating spinach, be sure to wash it thoroughly to remove the pesticides and dust on it to make it green and healthy. Spinach does not need to be boiled in water. If spinach is aged, it will lose its crisp texture when fried. There are two ways to cook spinach. One is to prepare the seasoning in a bowl in advance, usually mashed garlic and light soy sauce, pour hot oil on it, blanch the spinach, and then put it into the bowl. Another way is to heat the oil pan and put the spinach directly into it, stir-fry until the spinach is 80% cooked, then turn off the heat, add appropriate amount of salt and serve. Some people say that spinach contains oxalic acid. In fact, oxalic acid itself is harmless to the body. Just avoid taking calcium-containing foods at the same time. Kidney stones or bladder stones are caused by calcium oxalate crystals. Spinach extract has the effect of promoting the proliferation of cultured cells, which is both anti-aging and youthful. In China, people mash spinach and extract juice, and use it to wash their face several times a week. If used continuously for a period of time, it can clean skin pores, reduce wrinkles and pigmentation spots, and keep the skin smooth. The quality of protein in spinach is higher than that in other vegetables, and it contains a considerable amount of chlorophyll. In particular, it contains the highest amount of vitamin K among leafy vegetables (mostly found in the roots). It can be used as an auxiliary treatment for nosebleeds and intestinal bleeding. The reason why spinach can replenish blood is related to the rich carotenoids and ascorbic acid it contains, both of which play an important role in physical health and blood replenishment. Spinach is known as the "nutritional model student". It is rich in carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, minerals (calcium, iron, etc.), coenzyme Q10 and other nutrients. Spinach contains a large amount of plant crude fiber, which can promote intestinal peristalsis, facilitate defecation, promote pancreatic secretion and help digestion. It has therapeutic effects on hemorrhoids, chronic pancreatitis, constipation, anal fissure and other diseases. Spinach is rich in carotene, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and a certain amount of beneficial ingredients such as iron, vitamin E, rutin, coenzyme Q10, etc., which can provide the human body with a variety of nutrients; the iron it contains has a good auxiliary therapeutic effect on iron deficiency anemia. |
