Orange Tiger Skin Cake Roll Recipe

10. Beat until it becomes moist and the whisk should be in a curved shape. Do not overbeat, otherwise the egg roll will easily crack.

11. Pour one third of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste and stir. Do not stir in a clockwise direction.

14. After stirring evenly, scoop a spoonful into a bowl and add cocoa powder

15. After stirring evenly, put the cocoa paste into the piping bag for later use

16. Pour all the batter into the baking tray lined with baking paper.

17. Pour the cocoa paste into a straight line on the batter in one go.

18. Then use a toothpick to draw a straight line in one direction. After drawing a line, remember to wipe the toothpick clean before drawing the next line. After painting, put it in the oven, middle layer 165 degrees for 20 minutes.

19. Take out the cake immediately after baking

20. Wait until the skin is cool before turning it over, otherwise the skin will easily fall off.

21. Remove the wax paper and cut off the edges and corners.

22. Spread orange jam on the cake and slowly roll up the cake with wax paper.

23. Wait until the rolled cake has cooled before cutting.
