Put the yeast in 30-degree warm water, stir well, pour into the flour and add appropriate amount of water, knead into dough and let sugar rise for 2 hours.

Start making the puff pastry. Add five spoons of flour to a bowl, heat cooking oil in a pot, and when the oil is hot, pour it into the bowl of flour and mix into a paste.

Knead the fermented dough on the chopping board to release the air, and then roll it into a round piece with a thickness of about 6mm. Evenly spread the prepared puff pastry.

Roll up from one end of the dough.

Cut the dough into pieces about the same size as pie dough and pinch both ends tightly.

Fold the two sides in half and press downwards.

Roll the small dough into a ball, put in the red bean paste filling and wrap it up. Heat the pan with cold oil, flatten the wrapped cakes in the pan, and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the pan.

3. Knead the fermented dough on the chopping board to release air, roll it into a round piece with a thickness of about 6mm, and evenly spread the prepared puff pastry on it.

4. Roll up from one end of the dough.

5. Cut the dough into pieces of similar size to those for making pie, and pinch both ends tightly.

6. Fold the two sides in half and press downwards.

7. Roll the small dough into a ball, put in the red bean paste filling and wrap it up.

8. Heat the pan with cold oil, flatten the wrapped cakes in the pan, and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown.

9. Serve and enjoy.
