How to make wolfberry cookies

Healthy eating is an issue that each of us should pay attention to. If an improper diet causes disease and leads to physical damage, it will be too late to regret it. Therefore, it is best for us to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes by ourselves. The method of wolfberry biscuits is easy and worth a try.

1. Prepare the ingredients (wash the wolfberries with water in advance, drain and set aside, do not soak)

2. After the butter is softened (just enough to press with your finger), add powdered sugar and mix well.

3. Add eggs and stir evenly (you can also beat the egg liquid in advance)

4. Sift in low-gluten flour in batches and mix well.

5. Add wolfberry to the dough and mix well.

6. Spread plastic wrap on the panel and place the dough on it.

7. Shape the dough into a rectangle and then roll it into a round shape. Wrap the shaped dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow it to take shape (the shape can be adjusted by yourself)

8. Take out the frozen dough and cut it into 0.5 cm slices with a knife.

9. Place the cut cookie sheets on a baking tray covered with silicone paper, remember to leave some space between them.

10. Preheat the oven in advance and bake on the middle layer at 155 degrees for 30 minutes. (Bake for 10 minutes first, cover the cookies with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes, turn the cookies over and continue baking for another 10 minutes, then take them out and let them cool.)

11. The ones above are baked with aluminum foil covering them, while the ones below are not covered and are burnt, and the wolfberries are burnt. (The oven temperature is for reference only. If you have a better baking method, please mention it.)
