1. Weigh the ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature. Beat softened butter with powdered sugar until fluffy.

2. Sift the egg yolks, or if you are eating them yourself, don't bother, put the egg yolks in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin, or use a spoon to press the egg yolks into powder.

3. Add the sifted egg yolks into the whipped butter and stir evenly, then sift in the mixture of low flour and corn starch, then use a spatula to stir the dough evenly until it is smooth, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

4. Take out the dough after an hour, cut it into small pieces of 15 grams each, then roll the pieces into balls, place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, and press in the middle with your thumb, and natural cracks will appear around them. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Then place chopped cranberries in the depressions. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
