Strawberry Cream Puffs Super Easy No-Fail Recipe

4. Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into the shape you like on the baking tray. Don't put the puffs too close together, otherwise they will stick together after expanding.

5. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Watch the puffs expand. Turn to 180 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Observe the color and wait until it turns brown.
