1. Wash the black rice and glutinous rice first.

4. While the rice is simmering, prepare all the other ingredients: wash and cut the cucumber and carrot into strips, and cut the ham into strips.

7. Brush a layer of oil on the wok, and use a large porridge spoon to scoop eight-tenths of the egg liquid into the wok.

8. After pouring in the egg liquid, pick up the frying pan and quickly rotate it to make the egg liquid into a round shape and try to make it as even as possible.

9. After the egg liquid solidifies, turn it over and fry it slightly before removing from the pan. The rest of the egg liquid should also be prepared in turn. 3 eggs are just enough to make 3 omelets.

10. Pour a little oil into the frying pan, fry the cucumber strips, carrot strips and ham strips until the carrot and cucumber strips are soft.

11. After doing all this, the rice is almost done. Put the cooked rice into a bowl and let it cool. Prepare the other ingredients.

12. Lay out the rolling curtain, put the omelet on it, and then put the black rice on it. Spread the rice evenly, leaving one-fifth of the space for the omelet unoccupied with rice.

13. Place the fried carrots, cucumbers, and ham on one end of the rice, sprinkle with meat floss, and squeeze on salad dressing.

14. Use the roller blind to roll up from the end where the cucumbers are placed. Make sure to roll it up firmly.

15. Use a knife to cut the rolled egg rolls into evenly thick pieces. Also roll up the remaining rice. I won’t show you how to do it one by one.

16. You can arrange the dish in any way you like, round, long, square, whatever you like.
