How to make egg and ham fried rice (quick rice)

A healthy body needs diet to maintain. It is a pity if you get stomach problems because of carelessly dealing with three meals a day. In normal times, we might as well learn some simple dishes and easily make some nutritious dishes. Egg and ham fried rice (quick rice) is simple to make and is not difficult to learn. You can eat it often.

1. A bowl of rice, an egg, a scallion, and two Shuanghui sausages

2. Cut the ham into thin strips, chop the green onions, mince the ginger, and beat the eggs into a bowl to make egg liquid

3. Add 20 grams of vegetable oil into the wok

4. Heat the oil to 60% and fry the egg liquid (medium-low heat)

5. After the egg is formed, turn it over and crush it with a spatula. Set aside, then add all the minced ginger and a small amount of chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

6. Then add the ham and eggs and stir-fry for a few seconds. Set the eggs and ham aside.

7. Add rice and stir-fry.

8. After heating the rice, mix everything together, add salt and chopped green onion, stir-fry until well-flavored and then serve.

9. The egg and ham fried rice is ready, and it takes less than five minutes.
