How to make radish and sausage stewed rice

Bring some ingredients home after work and cook a good meal. Even if the dishes are not so exquisite, they can still give people a sense of satisfaction. So don’t be lazy if you can cook for yourself. The method of stewing radish and sausage with rice is very simple and suitable for those "lazy people". It can also promote health to a certain extent.

1. Wash and peel the radish and prepare two sausages

2. Cut the radish into slices, strips, and dices (about 1 cm)

3. Dice the sausage (about the same size as the radish)

4. Prepare onion, ginger and garlic. Onion is a good seasoning, you can add more

5. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces

6. Pour a little oil into the hot pan (less than the amount of oil you usually use for cooking), heat it until it is 70% to 80% hot and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

7. Add the sausage and stir-fry until some oil comes out and it turns slightly yellow.

8. Pour in the radish and stir-fry, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt (the amount for cooking), a little chicken essence, stir well

9. Add a small bowl of water, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.

10. Wash the rice and put it in the rice cooker. Pour the radish, sausage and soup into the pot.

11. Mix well with a spoon

12. Check if the water is enough. If not, add some more boiling water (just enough to basically cover the radish).

13. Put the inner pot in place and press the cooking button

14. When the rice is done, open the lid, add chopped green onions and mix well.

15. Add another spoonful of Donggu Yipinxian (light soy sauce is also OK) and mix well again.

16. It’s out of the pot

Even if you have no cooking experience, there is no need to be afraid. The method of stewed radish and sausage rice is very simple and ordinary people can learn it easily.
