How to make hot rice noodles

1. Prepare a portion of wet rice noodles and place them in a bowl.

2. Soak it in boiling water for two minutes to make it soft, and then quickly rinse it with cold water to reduce the heat. This is a very important step, otherwise the rice noodles or the soup will be hard and muddy.

3. Add small ingredients, salt, pepper powder and chicken essence. And your favorite seasoning, dear friends, remember it. Don't add soy sauce or vinegar. I'll only say it once.

4. Boil water, blanch the rice noodles with a colander, and boil the water again for 30 seconds.

5. Drain the water and pour it into a bowl.

6. Add your favorite side dishes prepared in advance, such as beef, mutton, mixed sauces, etc., or you can choose not to. I added oyster mushrooms and kelp shreds. I will not show the production process of the side dishes today because they are all prepared in advance.

7. Pour the broth on top. I used old duck soup. We have many soups available, including fish soup, chicken soup, seafood soup, bone soup, etc. They are all prepared in advance, different in style and flavor.

8. Add kimchi cubes, red oil, green onions, and coriander. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t use red oil, it’s actually too fragrant.

You can eat more hot rice noodles in summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it before eating. It has very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
