1. Mix all the ingredients and flour with hot water to make dough. The hotter the water, the softer the pancake will be. I used boiling water directly.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 20 minutes.

3. Chop the green onion and perilla, add salt, oil and sesame seeds and mix well.

4. Divide the dough into 6 small portions.

5. Take a small dough, smear it with oil, and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is the same thickness as the dumpling dough.

6. Spread basil and chives evenly.

7. Fold in half and cut into thin strips, but do not cut off the edges.

8. Open it and then roll it up, gently stretching it while rolling it up.

9. Roll again.

10. Roll into a ball.

11. Gently press it flat and thin it. It does not require too much force, nor does it need to be too thin, about 5MM.

12. Heat the pan and add oil.

13. When the oil is hot, put the pancakes in and fry.

14. Fry until both sides turn golden brown and remove from the pan.

15. Start eating.
