How to make Italian pasta (long pasta with red wine meat sauce)

1. The beef is hand-chopped, the meat pieces are relatively large and feel like chewing meat. Choose barbecue type bacon, which contains more oil, so you don’t need to add additional oil when making the meat sauce.

2. It is best to use freshly ground pepper, which has a more fragrant smell.

3. Cut bacon into small slices and chop onion and garlic.

4. Fry the bacon pieces over low heat until the oil comes out.

5. Add chopped onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the chopped beef and stir-fry.

8. Add ketchup and tomato sauce.
