How to make red dates, longan and black rice porridge

1. Prepare the materials.

Add black rice to the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add red dates and dried longan, turn to low heat and simmer for about 45 minutes (if using an electric rice cooker, put all the ingredients in together, use about twice the amount of water you normally use for cooking, 1.5 hours)

4. Finally, add brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
