How to make pork, scallion and carrot buns

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. 1. Prepare flour, yeast and water to start making dough

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and pour it into the flour. Add water and stir with chopsticks until it becomes cotton-like.

3. Knead the dough into a ball and place it in a warm place to ferment.

7. Add a small amount of warm water to the meat filling and stir in one direction until it becomes sticky and clumping.

8. Add chopped onions, carrots, ginger and various seasonings to the meat filling.

9. Mix all the ingredients evenly according to the direction of mixing the meat filling.

10. The dough ferments to twice its original volume and does not bounce back when pressed with your fingers.

11. Place the dough on a panel and knead thoroughly to remove the bubbles in the dough.

13. Roll the bun wrapper into a thick middle and thin periphery

14. Put the mixed meat filling on the bun wrapper and start wrapping it according to the method of wrapping buns.

16. Add cold water to the pot, place the buns at a certain distance, and let them rise for 10 minutes.

17. Let it rise in the pot for about 10 minutes, steam it for 25 minutes, turn off the heat, and leave it for 5 minutes before lifting the lid.
