The method of making cabbage meat buns is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook much, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Add appropriate amount of yeast to warm water, stir evenly, add flour, knead into a smooth dough and let it rise at room temperature for 2 hours.

2. The dough will have honeycomb holes after it has risen for 2 hours.

3. Blanch the cabbage in water and chop it into small pieces. Rinse the pork tenderloin and chop it into small pieces. Chop the onion and ginger.

4. Add onion, ginger, salt, oil, soy sauce and pepper powder to the chopped filling and mix well.

5. Knead the fermented dough, divide it into small portions, and roll out the dough to prepare for making dumplings.

6. For the wrapped buns, add appropriate amount of water to the steamer, put them in cold water and steam them on low heat for five minutes, then change to high heat and steam for fifteen minutes.

7. Take the steamed buns out of the pot and place them on a plate.

In fact, although cooking by yourself is a little troublesome, it is more economical. The cabbage and meat buns are simple to make, and the ingredients are ordinary, making them suitable for ordinary families.
