How to make flower rolls

1. Add appropriate amount of yeast to the flour and mix well.

2. Divide into three portions, mix one portion with appropriate amount of water; mix one portion with the juice of red dragon fruit peel (juiced); and mix one portion with the juice of green vegetable leaves (juiced). Ferment for two hours and set aside.

3. Divide the three portions into small pieces.

4. Roll one of the red dough pieces longer, put it into the dragon fruit peel, turn it over and roll it up;

5. Roll the dough into round cakes and mix them into various shapes.

6. Put it in a pot and ferment until it doubles in size, then steam it over high heat for eight minutes.

7. After steaming, simmer for three minutes.

In order to make the taste better, restaurants usually add a lot of seasonings, which can easily affect health. The method of making Huahuajuan uses less seasoning and is good for health.
