How to make bamboo shoot meat buns

Bamboo shoot meat buns are a very common home-cooked dish. After a busy work day, you can go home and have a dish like this to relax yourself. This dish has high nutritional value, is healthy and nutritious, and is suitable for people of different ages. Moreover, the color of this dish makes it look very appetizing.

1. Mix the yeast with warm water, add sugar and let stand for five minutes.

2. Pour the yeast water into the flour and mix it into flocs.

3. Knead into smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

4. Use flour to poke a hole with your finger and it should not shrink.

5. Chop the pork, add the eggs and stir clockwise.

6. Add onion, ginger, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.

7. Add the fried bamboo shoots and mix well.

8. Degas the fermented dough, roll it into long strips and divide it into small portions.

9. Roll the dough into a thick middle and thin edges skin and wrap the filling.

11. Wrap everything up and let it rest for 15 minutes
