How to make celery buns

There is a wide variety of delicious food in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is celery buns. If time permits, you can also make celery buns yourself, with fresh chicken, rice, and mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to personal taste. It is more suitable for friends who need to lose weight.

1. Mix flour, yeast and appropriate amount of warm water.

2. Knead the dough into a medium-soft and medium-hard state and place it in a greenhouse to ferment for about two hours.

3. Pick the celery leaves and set aside.

4. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Blanch the celery until it changes color, then remove it, wash it, and soak it in cold water for later use.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, MSG, light soy sauce, vegetable oil and oyster sauce to the meat filling and stir in one direction.

6. Chop the green onion and ginger and add them to the minced meat and mix well.

7. Take the celery out of the cold water, drain it, and chop it!

8. Add the chopped celery into the minced meat and mix well.

9. When the dough has risen to 2 to 2.5 times its original volume, take it out, knead it to release the air, and then let it rise for another 10 minutes.

10. After the dough has rested, use a knife to cut it into pieces of appropriate size and roll it into pancakes with a thicker middle.

11. Take a pancake, put in an appropriate amount of stuffing, pinch the edge of the pancake and wrap it up!

12. Wrap it up with a curtain later!

13. Put it in the pot and let it rise for about 30 minutes, then heat it on high heat for 20 minutes.

14. Place the prepared buns on a plate, take photos, and serve.
