How to make cabbage vermicelli pork buns

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and put some warm water in another bowl for later use.

3. Knead the dough, cover with a damp cloth and let it ferment.

4. Boil the vermicelli in boiling water until soft. After cooking, put it in a basin of cold water and let it cool down.

5. Chop the pork, add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, peanut oil and minced ginger to season, and stir evenly in a clockwise direction! !

6. Chop the cooled vermicelli and dice the fat

12. Roll the dough into a suitable thickness, wrap the fillings and make it into the shape you want.

13. Steam for about 15 minutes after the water boils, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

14. Steam it and eat it
