How to make Yunnan Steam Pot Chicken

1. Wash the chicken, cut the ginger into large slices, and marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for half an hour. Don't put too much pepper, just a little bit is enough. Peppercorns are best

4. Originally, I should have placed a pot of similar size under the steamer, but the electric cooker I used for making soup had too low a fire, so I gave up.

5. It is the same when putting it into a large antimony pot. Cover it with a lid. After the water boils, steam it over medium heat for three hours. Remember to add water during the process, but do not open the lid of the pot. Keep the water vapor at the bottom to maintain the temperature and humidity in the pot.

6. After three and a half hours, it was finally out of the pot. When I opened the lid, the aroma filled my nose.

7. The pot is now full of soup.
