How to cook dumplings with corn porridge

As competition becomes increasingly fierce, more and more people are working overtime, and they just eat whatever they want as a meal. In fact, cooking dumplings with corn porridge is simple, and you might as well make it at home even if you have little time.

1. Prepare 100 grams of corn grits!

2. Use 10 grams of pure alkali and sprinkle it on the corn grits. (In some places, the water contains alkali, so it is not necessary to add it.)

3. Prepare 50 quick-frozen dumplings and freeze them in the refrigerator!

4. Boil 2000ml of water in an electric pot. Pour corn grits and pure alkali into the water and stir evenly with a spoon.

5. Stir the pot a few more times in the middle (to make the porridge more sticky). After half an hour, the corn grits will be expanded and almost cooked!

6. Pour in the frozen dumplings, push them from the bottom of the pot with a spoon to prevent them from sticking, cover the pot, keep an eye on the pot to prevent overflowing, and let the dumplings float up. Cook for another five minutes and they will be cooked!

7. Pour into a bowl and start eating!
