How to make light cream peanut shortbread

1. The ingredients are as follows. I bought roasted and peeled peanuts directly and chopped them into small pieces. The smaller the better.

2. Add salt, sugar and baking powder to vegetable oil and mix well.

3. Then add whipped cream and sifted low-gluten flour and continue stirring until there is no dry powder.

4. Just knead the dough into a ball. There is no need to over-knead the dough, otherwise it will cause the dough to become glutenous and affect the taste.

5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and then put it into a mold to shape.

6. If you don’t have a mold, you can also roll it into a cylindrical shape with your hands.

7. Put the shaped dough into the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze it for about 40 minutes. As long as the dough feels hard enough to be easy to slice, it will be fine.

8. Preheat the oven at this time: upper fire 180 degrees, lower fire 170 degrees.

9. Cut the dough into small pieces of even thickness, place them on wax paper with a certain distance between them.

10. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cookies are colored.

11. After the cookies have completely cooled, seal them for storage.

The pressure from work should not be an excuse for us to eat casually. Although it is easy to make peanut butter biscuits, you will feel unsatisfied after eating them.
