Is it OK to eat grapes and drink tea?

Is it OK to eat grapes and drink tea?

In fact, there is no conflict between grapes and tea. It is just because grapes are cool fruits and tea is a hot drink. Drinking tea after eating grapes is not good for your health. So it is not recommended to consume the two together. However, you must not drink alcohol or eat beef or mutton when drinking tea, otherwise, eating these foods together will cause constipation and affect the gastrointestinal tract.

You cannot drink tea when eating grapes. Generally, it is not recommended to eat hot food immediately after eating cold food, because the alternation of hot and cold will cause certain irritation to the stomach and easily cause discomfort to the human body. Therefore, it is recommended not to drink hot drinks immediately after eating any kind of fruit or iced food. It is okay to drink it after a period of time.

Types of food you should never eat while drinking tea.

1. Tea and sugar

Tea tastes bitter and is cold in nature. People drink tea to stimulate the digestive glands with the help of the bitterness of tea, promote the secretion of digestive juices, and enhance digestive function. The next step is to use the cold nature of tea to achieve the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying. White sugar is one of the foods that you must not eat when drinking tea. If sugar is added to tea, this function will be inhibited. However, there are also folk remedies in ancient books that use tea and sugar to treat diseases. This can be used as a dietary therapy, but it is not advisable to add sugar to tea if you drink it on a regular basis.

2. Tea and Eggs

I believe many people like to eat tea eggs. However, this is actually a wrong way to eat it. Boil eggs in tea. The concentration of tea is very high. Strong tea contains more tannic acid. Tannic acid can turn the protein in food into a coagulated substance that is difficult to digest, affecting the body's absorption and utilization of protein. Eggs are one of the foods that you should never eat when drinking tea. Eggs are high-protein foods, so it is not advisable to boil them in tea.

3. Tea and Wine

Many people like to drink tea after drinking, hoping to achieve the effects of moistening dryness, relieving alcohol, eliminating food stagnation, and regulating water channels, but this is not good for the kidneys. Alcohol is one of the foods that you must not eat while drinking tea. Because drinking tea after drinking alcohol produces a diuretic effect of theamines, the acetaldehyde converted from alcohol has not been completely decomposed at this time, and enters the kidneys due to the diuretic effect of theamines. Acetaldehyde is very irritating to the kidneys, thus easily causing damage to kidney function. As a result, symptoms such as kidney cold, impotence, frequent and turbid urination, and testicular pain follow one after another.

4. Tea and Mutton

Although eating some mutton regularly is good for the body, when eating mutton and drinking tea, the rich protein in the mutton can "marry" with the tannic acid in the tea to produce a substance called acid-tanking protein. This substance has a certain astringent effect on the intestines, which can weaken intestinal peristalsis, reduce the water content in the stool, and make constipation more likely to occur. Therefore, it is not suitable to drink tea while eating mutton. It is not advisable to drink tea immediately after eating mutton. You should wait 2-3 hours before drinking tea. Therefore, mutton is one of the foods that you must not eat when drinking tea.
