How to make Orleans baked bun chicken burger

1. Wash and bone the chicken legs.

2. Add cooking wine and Orleans roast chicken seasoning to the boneless chicken thighs and massage for 3 minutes to make the chicken easier to taste. Put it in a fresh-keeping box and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.

3. Wrap a layer of tin foil on the baking tray so that the chicken legs will not stick to the baking tray and will be easier to clean.

4. Spread the marinated chicken thighs on the baking tray and try to make them flat to avoid uneven baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the chicken thighs for 20 minutes.

5. Take out the chicken legs, turn them over and brush them with a layer of honey water (mix one spoon of honey with two spoons of water), and continue to bake for 5 minutes. At the same time, cut the prepared steamed buns in half from the middle and bake them in the bottom layer of the oven (so that the chicken legs and steamed buns can be baked at the same time)

6. Cut the roasted chicken thighs into four pieces for later use

7. Place the baked buns on two bottoms, put a layer of lettuce on top, and squeeze in some salad dressing.

8. Add two pieces of grilled chicken thighs on top

9. Add some shredded bell pepper

10. Cover with a layer of lettuce leaves and salad dressing

11. Cover the upper part of the steamed buns, and the two steamed bun chicken burgers are ready at the same time.
